隨著人工智慧快速發展，我發現自己與身邊的人在學習與生活中越來越依賴 AI。雖然 AI 帶來便利，但也讓我開始思考，人類是否正在逐漸失去獨立思考與判斷的能力。因此，我希望透過研究，探討 AI 對人類行為與思維的影響。 透過設計 AI 使用行動指南，讓人們反思自身對 AI 的依賴程度，達成正確使用 AI 的學習目標。 隨著 AI 在生活中越來越普及，這個研究有助於探討人類在高度使用 AI 的情況下可能面臨的風險與改變 As artificial intelligence develops rapidly, I have noticed that myself and those around me are becoming increasingly dependent on AI in both learning and daily life. While AI brings convenience, it also makes me wonder whether humans are gradually losing the ability to think and make judgments independently. Therefore, I hope to explore how AI affects human behavior and thinking. By designing an AI usage guide, we can encourage people to reflect on their reliance on AI and achieve proper learning goals for responsible AI use. As AI becomes more widespread in everyday life, this study helps examine the risks and changes humans may face when using AI extensively.
