Before founding Eskwelabs, Aurelien worked as a management consultant focused on economic strategy for governments, development agencies, and private clients across Africa and Asia. He has led large-scale programs to align education with employment, advised public-sector reforms, and helped organizations design scalable workforce initiatives.
