AI & environmental disasters | Muhammad Dhzuhri Agistian, S.Pd. | TEDxPribadi School Depok
This talk explores how frequent disasters in Indonesia reveal issues that go beyond environmental challenges. Despite advanced technology capable of detecting earthquakes, monitoring climate patterns, and analyzing risks through artificial intelligence, devastating losses continue to occur. The discussion highlights a critical gap—not in technology, but between awareness and action. Through the lens of the Human–Technology–Nature triangle, it emphasizes how education can empower the next generation to view technology not merely as a tool for efficiency, but as a responsibility shaped by empathy and courage. Ultimately, the most powerful technology lies not in artificial intelligence, but in the human conscience. A young Gen Z ICT teacher, he is a passionate creative content creator who thrives at the intersection of technology and storytelling. Constantly staying up to date with global issues and emerging trends, he brings a fresh, relevant perspective shaped by an acute awareness of the world’s evolving landscape. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
