We don't often think of music as "colorful," but AI music algorithms are now showing what happens when that color is left out. If you want to dive into the meaning of music or what it means for music to be colorful, you would be a lovely audience member to have for this presentation. Benjamin Honeray Lee is a musician and computer science PhD student at Tsinghua SIGS. He has previously published research in mathematical music theory and now studies the interdiscipline between these two fields under the mentorship of Prof. Wu Zhiyong.
