Ms. Paroma Chatterjee shared insights on navigating an increasingly technology-driven world. Drawing from her experience in India’s evolving fintech landscape, she explored the transformative role of technology and artificial intelligence and highlighted the importance of remaining agile and open to continual learning. Paroma Chatterjee is the CEO of Revolut India, where she has led the launch of one of India's first integrated financial apps combining digital wallets, UPI payments, and prepaid Visa cards. Throughout her career, Paroma has worked with leading organizations such as ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Airtel, Flipkart, Lendingkart, and Revolut, she has been at the forefront of India's digital payments revolution. Her leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including being featured in FinTech Magazine's Top 100 Women in FinTech for four consecutive years and receiving the Global Indian of the Year 2023 award at the House of Commons, London. A member of IAMAI's Governing Council and FICCI's FinTech Committee, Ms. Paroma continues to shape the future of financial technology in India.
