Human Value in the Age of AI | Manuel Dolderer | TEDxCODE University

AI can only do work that a human has imagined and is willing to answer for, so education must stop training people to compete with machines and start building environments where they practice agency: imagining, starting, and owning what doesn't exist yet. Manuel Dolderer is the co-founder of CODE University of Applied Sciences and served as its founding president until 2023. In 2017, he gave a TEDx talk in Heidelberg on curiosity as a force for transforming education, which was later featured on TED.com. His work focuses on rethinking higher education around curiosity, human agency, and the changing demands of an AI-driven world. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
